Comments
@anonymouz4 bump |
Could you try to sniff the network with Wireshark? |
@AlexGustafsson I sniffed but couldn't see any packets. I don't think the button is doing anything on Catalina. T2 MacBook Pro 2018. |
any progress here? @secit-pl @eararipe @AlexGustafsson |
I am on Catalina, MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017). I can confirm this works for 5ghz |
You don't have the T2 chip though, seems to be related to it. Could you test 2.4ghz as well? |
I'm on MacBook Pro (15-inch, mid 2015). I'll try to sniff the wifi later today and will back with results. |
can anyone confirm please if this is working on the newer chipsets found on Macbook Pro 2018/2019... appreciate it. thanks. |
It does not work on 2017 MBP either. |
Any Macbooks after 2018 crashes on jamming start |
Works on MacBook Pro Mid 2015 both on 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. I tested it on my home network and all clients was deauthenticated. macOS 10.15.7 |
@xazzy61 strange, on 10.15.6 it does not work (tested few moments ago). Your is 13 or 15 inch model? |
What exactly have you changed? Do you have a repo? |
Scan failed: A network scan could not be completed at this time. |
same issue it disconnects me instead of the another user |
Tested on 2.4 and 5GHz network. App shows that deauth packages are sent but the test device are not disconnected from the network. It worked with the same setup on High Sierra but after switching to Catalina it stops.
