功能建议

在群内发送命令可以控制是否转发消息，同时保留进出服提示那些

额外信息（可选）

只看见了服务器到群转发的设置，没有群到服的，人多了消息有点吵

是在群内控制服务器的转发开关，还是在群内控制群的转发开关？

控制群消息到服务器，感觉直接总开关也行，因为服务器到群的可以单独设置

群内通过命令动态配置？还是做成配置项

动态的好一点，不用重启机器人
