Prerelease No Longer Recognizes File System Events #35

Looks like v0.1.10 has done away with the tracking of file system events that was added in v0.1.9. Saving in VSCode or another text editor updates Saturn in v0.1.9, but not v0.1.10.

Thanks! Should be fixed now. There was a bug with file system events, so I disabled it halfway through the semester so that students would have a guaranteed build that worked. I think the bug is fixed now, so they are enabled again.
