Video elements cannot be resized

Describe the bug

Videos are missing the resizable behaviour, even though they can be resized just fine from javascript using setWidth() and setHeight(). This leads me to believe this to be a bug; a video should have a resizable behaviour.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a video element
2. In the event sheet, add the action "size"
3. Select your video
4. Notice the error message
