Installation from .deb package on Ubuntu LTS 64bit

After installing cubeviz from .deb package, a link in /usr/share/ontowiki/extensions points to the cubeviz directory ../../ontowiki-cubeviz, but the cubeviz extension is not available as locally installed extensions from ontowiki.

@seebi: Can you please have a look into this? Maybe its just building an up-to-date version of CubeViz. If you want, i built it by myself, but i'll need a short introduction how to do it :)

@corrado-boscarino: We are releasing CubeViz 0.9 this week and the 1.0 soon. If you are only use the deb-package, maybe the big LOD2-release in September could be interesting for you to test.
