Currently, all workflows run for every commit, e.g. the pyauditor workflows are executed if something uncorrelated in the htcondor collector is changed.
It might be more efficient to control which workflows are executed depending on the part of the code where changes occur (maybe with Labels? Or based on files changes, see e.g. https://how.wtf/run-workflow-step-or-job-based-on-file-changes-github-actions.html).
