Several things we need to view:

Of the quotes checked in in auditing, are they still checkable, do we need to store the sufficient TCB infos at the time for verification to work?
Is there a dockerhub image for each one?
There's a getcerts tool, what about a timeline view that shows which certs were active during which regions of time?

It's possible that due to devops error we end up with some "unaccountable" time. Let's quantify it though
