The issue found trying uninstall the software, software that pre-opening text editable files, Ubuntu "App list" visible software in the reason of that it is loading slower than the Text Editor.

Not sure if you don't know it, but this hasn't been maintained for almost two years. It's likely it will never be "sandboxed" and will probably never be a snap.
