Hi @Hydrog3n ,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We have received your ticket and will take it into consideration. Our team is currently reviewing the details, and we will inform you as soon as we have more information to share.

Hey @Hydrog3n

Our team has reviewed the issue and noticed that the Apple Pay payment method is currently disabled in your environment: https://curie.jolimoi.com/ . As a result, it cannot be used at checkout, and our team is unable to perform testing.

To properly enable and use Apple Pay in your shop, please follow the steps outlined in the documentation to ensure it is correctly set up. Additionally, the following actions are required:

The Adyen team will need to assist you with adding your store URL to process Apple Pay payments.

The Merchant ID must also be added to your Adyen Customer Area (CA).

To proceed, please submit your query through our regular support channels by visiting Adyen Help Center or sending an email to [email protected]. The Adyen team will assist you in ensuring that Apple Pay is configured correctly.

Hello @adyen-integrations-support
Indeed I see well you orders but still not working on my side.

Did you use a special credit card or something else? I'm trying with my personnal card (VISA)

@adyen-integrations-support

Hey @Hydrog3n

Since your Adyen integration is currently in TEST mode, you need to use a test card instead of a real card. Once you switch Adyen to LIVE mode, you’ll be able to use a real card.

For now, our team has used the test card configured in our Apple account.

Best regards.
