blur effect on rounded image shows rectangle blur, the blur is in rectangle and overflows the container div

I used Lazyload on my navbar with profile picture which has border-radius 50%, the blur effect is also applied, but the blur effect seems rectangular and it overflows the container div , when i am using with sqaure or rectangle image it seems fine, but with rounded image the rectangle blur is shown and after loading image it shows rounded image , rectangle blur seems inappropriate
