[Bug]: Runic Crucible Fails to make Obsidiansteel/Corrupt Soul/Enchanted Soul

What happened?

I have two Runic Crucibles currently making liquid soul and liquid aureal, so I am somewhat familiar with its use; however, I contstructed two more to produce Obsidiansteel Ingots, Corrupt Soul, and Enchanted Souls. The Runic Cucibles construct normally and I add the source input, fluid input, and item input and output hatches and the controller correctly indicates missing recipe. As soon as I add source either through ME or via relay the controller inidicates no fluid input hatch found. I have tried every size for the hatches and I can not get rid of the error other than a complete rebuild. However, add source and the error comes back. I manually added the ingrediants but the machine will not start.
