[Bug]: Missing Structures and Ritual of Locate Structure failure

What happened?

In a new pure survival world in the latest update, I got to a point where I could go and try to find the Arcane Library from Ars, but when I activated the Ritual of Locate Structure from Ars Additions, it stated the structure could not be found. Wanting to see if it was just that the world didn't have any Libraries for whatever reason, I did the same ritual for the Ancient City and had the same result. Upon opening the world into a LAN state to temporarily allow for me to grab an Explorers compass, I discovered it couldn't locate an Arcane Library, and when I tried to use the /locate command to find the structure, I couldn't find the directory for the Arcane Library. I have yet to try an ascertain if any other designated structures are missing.

After further experimentation, it seems that it was the world seed itself what was the issue. Unsure if this is an actual bug or if this was just a one in a million issue but I still would like to make it known

I'm unsure what has happened but I made it to the coordinates in your screenshot and there is nothing here
