All links in the datasets will result in 404s due to the migration of the APS digital library.

Two possible solutions:

Stop gap solution: Rewrite "diglib" to "diglib-legacy" in all links. This will redirect users to the pre-migration version of the digital library.
Preferred solution: Map legacy URLs to new URLs. The Madison weather journals were not migrated because the parent PID was compromised during an earlier data issue. In order to implement this solution, the journals would first need to be migrated.
