Share workflow plot(s)

Hi, as I am still a Snakemake newbie, may I ask you to share the PDF file(s) of the workflow plots (similarly as done here https://github.com/AnimalGenomicsETH/bovine-graphs/blob/main/pipeline_scheme.pdf)? I am interested in all the assembly steps, but I have difficulty retrieving all of them and their exact order by looking at the code in the repository. A few plots of the DAG(s) would be helpful (I apologize if the question is too dump).
