Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When fetching sensitive files from the web, you have to pass it through the device's Downloads folder. This compromises your privacy.

Describe the solution you'd like
Pasting a link inside a "web fetch" prompt will download the file and store it in Valv.
