add shell script to create and activate a new API-key

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

some 3d printer manufacturers ship all their ready to run machines with the same preconfigured API-key. If you know the API-key of one machine, you know the API-key of all machines alike, not really desirable from a security standpoint

Describe the solution you'd like

provide another shell script similar to fetch-apikey.sh which creates a new random apikey, displays it and finally activates it (i.e. writes it to the database and post-process whatever may be neccessary)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Find and learn to use all required prerequisites, do it once, hope it works and forget
