Description

Add Alipay as a payment method in the WooCommerce blocks checkout, ensuring compatibility with existing payment flows.

Acceptance criteria

• Alipay is available as a payment option in WooCommerce blocks checkout.
• Payment flows using blocks support all Alipay features (e.g., redirects, confirmations).
• The Alipay logo is displayed properly in the blocks checkout UI.
• Alipay is hidden in blocks checkout for unsupported regions.
• Alipay is hidden in blocks checkout for unsupported currencies
• Placing an order with Alipay is reflected as paid in the wp-admin order summary view, without showing Payment via woocommerce_payments_alipay
