Here's a suggestion. I know the Game Boy Advance games on the Wii U Virtual Console boot up with the iconic GBA BIOS, which plays upon starting up or resetting the game. The BIOS plays out and finishes, then proceeds into starting the game.

This is when I ask a question: Can we use this tool to extract the GBA BIOS? If possible, we can use this BIOS for other emulators, such as VBA-M and mGBA. That way, we can claim the GBA BIOS without having to get the original GBA hardware (such as the original Game Boy Advance, Game Boy Advance SP, Game Boy Player, or Game Boy Micro).
