Expected Behavior

Release workflow should fail if compiling the provisioning client fails.

Current Behavior

Release workflow looks successful if compiling the provisioning client fails.

In the step Compile provisioning CLI for different platform, we run the BuildForRelease.ps1 script. If this script fails, the release workflow display logs, but looks successful.
