User stories

As a developer I want the route_controller to be tested in order to know that the code is reliable.

Acceptance Criteria

  • add test for maybe_update_fahrstrasse
  • that uses the real interlocking
  • using mock nodes and edges that have the same id's as a PlanPro model
  • add tests for potential other methods
