From Harkonnen:

Category A has limits min:1 max:1
Category B has limits min:1 max:1
Category Z has limit max:2
mech has default A item that is also Z, and default B item that is also Z
i cannot install item that is A,B.Z, mehclab says "unit cannot install more Z"
the only way to install it is to replace one of the A/B defaults with something that is not Z first, then i can drop the "A,B.Z" item in

so, no matter default or ot, it cant replace 2 Z items

Hark:

defaults must be correctly setup as Multidefaults to a avoid this issue, but its still present with non-default items. i actually start to think Pone was aware and unable to fix it thats why he invented MultiDefaults
