Pass mainpalette/subpalette info in change event

It could be useful to have information about what "kind" of color (from main or sub palette) has been selected, in order to define different behaviour based on that. E.g. close the panel if it's from subpalette, rather than doing nothing if it's from main (info about palettes with no subpalette should be listed too).
