QlikSenseLogCollector.exe requires administrator privileges

Here https://support.qlik.com/articles/000006144 Qlik says "Run it with the same account that runs the Qlik Sense Services. Do not use your user or the local administrator user account, please always use the Qlik Sense Service account and run it on the node which has the issue."

But the installed collector at C:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\Tools\QlikSenseLogCollector has an administrator icon, and it ask me for an administrator account
