Option to keep partial source path

For example: I have my music sorted in

~/Music/Lossless/{Artists}/{Albums}/{titles}.flac

and want to have the outputs in

~/Music/Lossy/{Artists}/{Albums}/{titles}.opus

So in this example I want to keep last 2 levels of folders the same for all files but put it in another root folder. I don't think that's currently possible.
