[BUG] show volume panel on left won't hold on reentering sound settings

Hi, I keep changing the volume panel to be on the left on my OnePlus 6t, blissrom 16.9.1. It reverts to the right if I reenter the sound & vibration part of setting (like it defaults to off on entering that screen rather than defaulting to stored value).
