How to interpret the clonalOccupy data? #462

Dear great team,

I am not sure how to interpret that the yellow or expanded clones only have less than 20 cells in the plot. I thought he expanded clones should have more than 20 based on the cloneSize.

In the vignette, I observe the similar results.

Any comments are welcome.

Hey @mainharryHR,

The cloneSize is being defined by the actual sequence itself, so one unique TRA + TRB sequence. My guess here is that you have a clone that is roughly 30 in number that is distributed across multiple clusters/conditions?
