There seems to be an issue with clonalDiversity function in scRepertoire_2.2.1 where there are multiple groups. Barplots for the diversity metrics is only displayed for the first group. I noticed it when analysing my data. However, I can also see the same issue in the built-in data mentioned in the vignette.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm a little confused as version 2.2.1 does not have the patients PX, PY, PZ. Please see the clonalDiversity info on the website: https://www.borch.dev/uploads/screpertoire/articles/clonal_diversity

Could you do me a favor and make a reproducible example for this issue so I know what you are experiencing.

Also with the example, please make sure to include the output of sessionInfo().

Thanks a lot,
Nick

Thanks for your quick reply @ncborcherding . I was following the instructions in this page:

https://www.borch.dev/uploads/vignette/vignette

I did run through the analysis in the page you mentioned and it worked fine this time. I will do a bit more digging and get back to you.
