<h1>Career Pathways</h1>
<p>Career Pathways determines the supply of available workers in a region and the corresponding jobs in demand. The Compatibility Index measures the similarity of skills between the worker and the available occupation, which provides crucial information regarding a region's ability to meet the needs of its developing industries.
<h2>Projected Unemployment</h2>
<p>Projected Unemployment shows 25 occupations with the greatest projected decline in jobs. The information is based on a beginning year of 2005 and a projection year of 2010. Data columns include O*NET-SOC codes, change in jobs, percentage change in jobs, and average hourly earnings per worker.</p>
