Task for user story #13 : Task: Ensure the backend sends the approved status with answer data to display an "Instructor Approved" label.

Acceptance Criteria: Approved answers are displayed with an "Instructor Approved" label. Testing involves verifying that the frontend shows the correct label for approved answers.
