Current Lighthouse "Accessibility" score (at home page http://localhost/#/home/): 89

Lighthouse problem description:

Link text (and alternate text for images, when used as links) that is discernible, unique, and focusable improves the navigation experience for screen reader users.

This issue occurs in most (if not all) pages of the Mayan EDMS web portal.

A similar issue was described in #105 with a PR in #116, but the PR just removes the code block instead of fixing it, so I am proposing a new solution here.
