The four numeric fields show the interpolation weights of lip
(a,i,u,o) defined in PMD file.
For example, phoneme /E/ line is defined as follows.

E 0.1 0.3 0.1 0.0

It show that the phoneme /E/ lip consists of lip a=10%, lip i=30%, lip
u=10%, and lip o=0%.
