At present, the chatbot's accuracy stands at approximately 70%. Our plan is to introduce the chatbot within an interface that allows users to interact with both the PDF and the content utilized to provide answers. This approach offers users the ability to verify the authenticity of responses, a feature not feasible in a WhatsApp interface where responses are simplified statements without the underlying content. Using a WhatsApp interface during the low accuracy phase may result in a suboptimal user experience, as users won't have the means to diagnose the answers, and it could also pose challenges in enhancing the product. Once the chatbot attains an accuracy level exceeding 90%, we will transition to a WhatsApp interface.
