  • add treasury address/contract for collateral of groups storage
  • group Circles as collateral no longer need to be burnt, iff we adjust the total supply of the groups
  • add redemption for group collateral
  • update mint to work over this so that v1-style path transfer + mint works as combined SAFE multisend
