Feature request: Ability to add just text comments to posts, instead of Points for / against

Now we can add to posts (ideas) only "Points for" or "Points against" but it seems now there is no place just to put the comment, for example, a status update of the idea or neutral description.

So, would be glad to introduce an option to allow adding comments to ideas, and together with hiding "Points for / against" we can get just a post with comments, what is usually people want in some cases.

And maybe even combine it with rating, so users will can put 3 out of 5 stars and put a comment with good and bad sides.
