Speed Volume Classification counts and Turning Movement Counts are being replicated into our database in a new, more streamlined format. While the full documentation won't be ready immediately here are some things we can do to make it easier for the unit to understand the data:

• link to the OpenData documentation pages when they go live
• create a new schema for volume data
• (rename the old one?)
• purge volumes/short_term_counting_program/move_match, now redundant
• identify what documentation needs to change/can be deleted in the short-term
• Identify which useful views are still useful and should get updated

Created an traffic_new schema for now and linked to open data (qa) documentation.

Update:

• traffic now contains up to date SVC and TMC tables being replicated from MOVE.
• traffic_archive contains the previously replicated MOVE tables and dependent views.
• traffic_flow_archive contains other miscellaneous tables copied from Flow.
  Select permissions for bdit_humans will remain on all three schemas for now until more thorough documentation/training is available.
