Bi-directional ATR counts on a centreline are being grouped.

Sometimes bi-directional counts are conducted on opposite sides of an intersection. It would be useful for people to be able to identify these and group them (maybe as a VIEW).

I think this can be done by joining on the from OR to intersection IDs and then filtering by:

  • count dates, and
  • cardinal directions? (to identify similar direction)
