What kind of onboarding do we want to offer new members? It could be a breakout group (Civic Tech 101), a video, a document ...? But there should be some kind of introduction to the group and what they can expect.

Brainstorming:

  • create Org README
  • create repo template
  • create project template
  • link repo-project templates
  • add to CTWR docs a step-by-step with screenshots on how to use repo/project templates for first pitch, e.g. PROJECT-[name_your_project] or something
  • add project naming convention on the guidelines (Docs)

Customize the profile README to ease new members to contribute.
