• Event prep: Confirm venue, update Meetup event details if necessary, post event to Twitter/Instagram/Slack
• Meeting slides: Prepare the slides (duplicate + edit last week's deck), take notes, post link on Slack afterwards
• Venue care: set up the room, make sure it's clean and reset when we leave
• Door duty: Let people in if the door is locked; greet people
• Meeting facilitation: Present the slides, facilitate intros and pitches, introduce speaker if there is one
• Timer : Keep us on schedule, run the timer on pitches
• AV: slides and photos/recording
• Stats: Count attendees, update project data
