Show better call to action on home page if there's no next event

On the home page, the main call to action is to sign up for the next event. If there's no next event, it just says "Coming soon" and there's no other call to action.

If there's no next event, it should have something else the visitor can do - maybe to go the general meetup page, or join the slack workspace?
