Description:

With many index clashes, it is difficult to discern which samples belongs to which plate and well, and therefore it would be helpful with two new fields "source plate" and "source well" of the index clashed samples in the sequencing step. "Source" in this case indicates the finished library plate that can be found in the queue of the steps Define Run Format and Calculate Volumes (NovaSeq X) and Define Run Format and Calculate Volumes (Nova Seq).
