Due to a negative control in case coolperch the results contained many NaN values. This caused problems with the upload that expected float values. The information that the batch was uploaded was not communicated and the cronjob tried to upload the batch every ten minutes.
This also made the "batches" tab in new statina not working, I was able to remove the batch through old statina.
In the end the batch was reanalysed in a new case (crackturtle) without the negative control.
