Avoid indicating outlier values, incidental findings in the Ratio (Chr1-22) tab #219

The ratio chr1-22 should only show individual values for samples that are outside the normal Z-score range for chr13/18/21 and this is already implemented-
However, for the rest of the samples we would prefer if the ratio chr1-22 boxplots are shown without outliers, it now seems that the bars show min max independent of the min max values being outliers?

To examplify, in batch 2204817 it's clear from the ratio chr7 that there are deviating results with a high value for at least one sample since the max bar is stretched all the way to 1,026. Although we don't know what sample is causing this we would prefer not seeing these incidental findings (of unclear clinical significance) at all. If you put the data into excel you get the attached boxplots, with and without outliers shown. If possible we would really prefer that the boxplot that is shown in statina is without the outliers
