Need hosting/billing update - removing my credit card

@haggy I've gotten billed for about $21 for a month of service here.

Not sure the app is still in use so I'm removing my credit card from my Heroku account.

If you're still using this you can likely get another few month's comped service from Heroku support. We can probably also lower the spend by turning of her dynos.
