• Static HTML of a landing page
• Static HTML of an admin page
• Static HTML of a DJ / create room / add tracks page

This story isn't aimed to create a final version of any one page, but to give an broadly indicative version of what an eventual end product may look like. Further framework/library conversation to follow to decide on the tech we want to use to implement the end product.
