Curate the tracks in a Team Groove play list

Team Groove play lists are an agreed list of tracks. Users with access to the play list can add tracks, but not duplicates. A user can also remove tracks they have added to the playlist, but only the Team Groove DJs can remove other users' tracks.

Assumptions

Power users, or DJs, must be authenticated in some way, possibly requiring them to log into Team Groove.
Play lists are stored in Team Groove - this is so that the play list is independent of the music streaming service.
A DJ can switch the current play list, for example for a different group or because the theme is changing (work is done and it's time to put away the trance and throw shapes with some bangin' floor fillers).
