The size of the Environment name appears to be an issue. Where if specified over 34 characters, the value gets truncated to 34 characters on display and when you try and edit, you receive a page with no name value. Upon entering a named value, you will receive a 405 indicating POST is not supported.

I'm not having any luck replicating the problem. Can you list the exact steps and let me know which browser you're using?
