Add more log to indicate the sync progress, especially when restarting the node

When restarting the node may remain in this state for an extended period and repeatedly print the same log. At this point, it is difficult to determine whether the node is functioning properly or how much longer it will take to complete the restart. Adding new logs could be considered to improve the user experience.
