Range mobs behavior, pretty much everywhere.
Like topic title says, this is an issue with pretty much all range mobs, in instances or in open world.
And while in open world it is slight nausea, inside instances it's game breaking. So, I'll describe:
Basically when you pull mobs with range weapon, spell or some cc ability, while melee mobs runs directly to puller (which is perfectly fine) range mobs stays in place and attack players with their spells/range weapons and that is also fine, as long as players are within spell casting range or weapon range. However if you try to move your self out of the range or out of line of sight, mobs still keeps stationary while they still do have their current target, and simply refuse to follow them, whatsoever.
While in some cases this bug is making encounter easier, in some other cases it is making it harder, and more importantly then anything else, it denies player from having one of basic wow mechanic/strategies of pulling mobs back to a spot which suits them more.
Personally, I'd flag this as highly important to fix, since it is widely spread and it denies players from employing basic space management strategies.
Cristal: I tested it....and..:
It's a World issue but in Karazahstan instance it seems more problematic..as u can see in the SS 2 ranged casters attacking me...the left-one is doing no action at all and the left-one keep's casting but his mana do-sent rlly drop at all

Suggestion:
The Loss issue..cant it be fixed with a .lua script for all npc?
Smth like creature target moves out of Range...cancel action ..and attack (mele attack/move int-o mele range?) smth like that? that would spare you of a core fix?
