Bug fixes/minor changes

• Request modals on organization portal - if the description is too long it doesn't stay within the modal, it goes out instead of wrapping around
• Requests can be filtered by 'date created' and 'time posted' which seems slightly redundant, maybe we can just do one
• Maybe add form validation for the request (email and phone number)
• Some things aren't translated to Spanish, such as the 'Submit request' button or the submitted request message that says "thanks for submitting" etc. Resources don't stay translated on the confirm page.
