On one device/web move a Case to a different incident. Save it if it doesn't save automatically.
On another device after changes are synced confirm the Case has moved to the correct incident. It should no longer appear under the previous incident. It should appear under the new incident.

Currently in the app a Case can be moved by changing its location to a recent Incident's bounds.
It is also possible to
Open an incident on the app and wait for Cases to download.
Move the Case to a different Incident through web.
Wait for Cases to sync on the app. Currently this should happen when the app is opened 10 minutes after the Incident previously synced. The Incident must be selected.
